If you need to return a product, the process is simple and smooth. We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish consumer law. However, for hygiene items such as underwear, special rules apply - returns are only accepted if the packaging is unbroken.

How to make a return:

1. Contact us via info@binoofsweden.com to start your return.
2. Follow the instructions we send you via email.
3. Return the product well packaged and traceable.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. We process refunds within 15 business days of receiving the return.
